Fitness day 2!

Ok, So last night I worked out. I didn't have much of a hard time doing the workouts as I did last Monday. I felt refreshed and energized after my workout! I'm so happy I'm not SORE this morning!! Haahhaa...it's a GOOD THING! I'm going to do the ABS workout later on today when the hubby gets home from work. I can't wait...!!

I want to go jogging as well...but it's been cold lately. Plus, I would need a door key..haha...I don't have my own copy :(

a week!

Ok, so I know I haven't worked out in a week! Yup, it's been a week today. Well, I feel fine now and I do want to work out again today..hopefully when my hubby wakes up. I feel fat these past few days and probably gained a few lbs because we celebrated our thanksgiving yesterday..hahaa. It was good food I tell ya! I'm going to start a 30-Day challenge pretty soon, but I think I'm going to do that for the month of January. Not sure what the 30-Day challenge would be, but I know it will be super exciting!! :D

takin' a short break...

Ok..so after working out Monday morning...my legs have been killing me since then. I have decided to take a short break from working out until my legs feel a little better. Haha..shows me how long I haven't worked out. But yeah...I can't wait to exercise again, but gotta wait until I feel better.

So until then...let's get fat! Lols.

My first day of the workout!

Yesterday was my first day of a long journey to get back in shape! It was a sweating and hard workout. I haven't worked out in like over a year or more. Hehe. It was a hard thing to get back into, but I'm glad. After working out, I felt refreshed and beautiful! Although it was just my first day, but thighs and legs are aching me with soreness already. I woke up this morning and GOSH, the hurt!!! Haha...I'm going to do my Ab torture workout in a little bit if not later on tonight when the hubby gets home from work. Oh, he was there when I was working out as well...he helped me. YAY! He was excited to see me workout again. I bet he's excited for me to lose some extra baggage and look sexy like when we first met 4 years ago. I want this dream to happen and I'm going to make sure it does.

I'm happy! :D

Fitness Goal!!

So here is the new Blog Section for my fitness goal!! I will be blogging my progress and posting pics of my changes. I have yet to buy my items, but will do and take a pic of it.

My starting date: 12/07/09.
My current weight: 142 lbs.
My current Age: 23 Years old.
Current measurement of hip:
Current measurement of waist:

My goal weight: 122 lbs.
My goal date to reach: March 27th of 2010.

I plan to workout out every day of the week at 6am or 7am having Sunday off as a rest day.
I'm going to eat more fruits and drink more milk and water everyday.
I'm going to start eating 5-6 small portions of food each day.

My goal is to have a fit, toned, healthy, energetic body by my ending date. Although that is just my goal date in which I set, but I will continue to workout regularly to keep my body in shape.
